Dektite Soaker / Flat Roof EPDM
The DEKS™ Dektite Soaker is designed to dramatically reduce rainwater backup on low or high-pitched roofs and deep ribbed roofing profiles. The DEKS™ Soaker flashing is an alternative solution to NZBC E2/AS1. The acceptance of the local council must be obtained before specifying and installing this product.
- Roof Pitch: 10° -60°
- Penetration range: 75mm to 610mm
- Application: metal roofs
- Temperature range: -50˚C to 115˚C
- Resistance: UV rated
- Material/Colour: Grey EPDM polymer rubber, edged with a corrosion-resistant aluminium band.
IMPORTANT:
For any pitch above 40o, do not cut below the first three sizing ribs on DEKS® Soaker DF 603, 605 and 606.
Dektite polymer flashings have been tested and comply with applicable Australian and New Zealand Standards. For guidance on good flashing design and installation methods, refer to the New Zealand Metal Roof Manufacturers Association Code of Practice and NZBC E2/AS1.
